Deborah Osgood

Dr. Deborah Osgood, President & CEO of Osgood & Associates, is a specialist in the training and development of individuals and organizations seeking to drive talent development and quality of life outcomes. With a passion for driving innovation and entrepreneurship, she has successfully launched and sold multiple ventures including manufacturing, service, and nonprofit entities. In 1996, she launched the first-ever online resource center tailored to improving workforce and small business success rates across all 50 states and U.S. territories, known as BUZGate. In earning her PhD in Transformational Leadership, she proved through a qualitative study that "mind creates matter" and that anyone, no matter their background, can achieve success.

Today, she has consulted for more than 900 businesses, coached over 1,000 individuals, and addressed more than 2,500,000 people globally as a speaker on topics dealing with leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship. She is the author of Kick-Ass Leadership, Get Optimized: 6 Steps to Career & Life Focus, and Team Building: Turn Personal Strengths into Group Success. Her training programs are used by numerous government, nonprofit, and academic institutions including IBM, IFC, state Vocational Rehabilitation, workforce and economic development agencies. She holds several awards and achievements including Women in Business Champion, Self-Made Person of the Year, and Outstanding Women in Business.
