Kelly Kozik
Kelly Kozik Yarnell, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is a strategic and people-centered Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience driving organizational success across public and private sectors. With expertise spanning talent management, labor relations, compliance, and HR technology, she is known for aligning workforce strategy with business goals to enhance performance and mitigate risk. As an HR executive and educator, Kelly brings a data-driven, inclusive, and transformational approach to leadership, workforce development, and employee engagement. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Educational Leadership and holds advanced certifications from SHRM, HRCI, and The Wharton School of Business.
After an extensive review process, Kelly was selected from the more than 80,000 highly talented HR professionals, educators, and business partners who are SHRM certified to participate in multiple item writing workshops for the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) exams. Participation in these workshops resulted in the creation of hundreds of items for SHRM’s CP and SCP exams.
Kelly has worked with various colleges and universities, teaching undergrad and graduate level human resource management as well as HR certificate programs. She also served as a facilitator of the SHRM Learning System for members of SHRM Berks County
