Cyndi Dodge

Cyndi Dodge is an accomplished global HR professional with over 15 years of senior HR experience in the oil & gas, manufacturing, healthcare and hospitality industries. She is responsible for implementing human resource management strategies, engaging employees, and retaining a high performing and motivated workforce. Cyndi specializes in legal compliance and employee relations.

Cyndi currently serves as a Senior HR/OD Consultant for Ithaca Energy. She previously held positions as VP of HR for Solomon Colors, Inc., Director of Human Resources for Vibra Hospital and Corporate Director of Human Resources for Tharaldson Hospitality Management, all based in Central Illinois. In addition, Cyndi also has over 15 years of experience as a paralegal before deciding to focus her career in human resources.

Cyndi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Paralegal Studies from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. She is certified through HRCI as a Senior Human Resource Professional (SPHR) with an additional certification specializing in California HR (PHRca), as well as being certified through SHRM as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She also recently received her HR certifications in the United Kingdom through CIPD as a Chartered Member (MCIPD), and in Canada as a Chartered Human Resources Professional (CPHR).

She recently relocated to Aberdeen Scotland with her husband, Jim, of 33 years. Together they have two grown children and four beautiful grandchildren. Outside of human resources, Cyndi loves to travel, and is an award-winning knitter.
