Kevin MacNeill is a partner at Norton Rose Fulbright, a leading global law firm. He has helped employers solve human resources problems for over 25 years. He is a member of the New York bar and also of the bars of Ontario and Quebec in Canada. Recognized as a leading practitioner by Best Lawyers and also Lexpert, Kevin has extensive experience in litigating employment related disputes, notably discrimination and accommodation cases.

As a seasoned litigator, he brings employers added value in the context of proactive strategic advice and collective bargaining. He has advised in sale of business, workforce restructuring and reduction of force situations. He also has extensive experience in the areas of human rights, accommodation, workers compensation and disability management. He is a regular contributor to the American Bar Association’s treatise The Fair Labor Standards Act and is also the author of the leading treatise on accommodation law in Canada, The Duty to Accommodate in Employment.
